In order to unlock the Reaper class, you’ll need to both own Endwalker and have at least one class up to Level 70 already. If you fit both of those criteria, you can move forward with adding this class to your belt. There are only two things left to do: find an NPC and complete a questline.
The NPC needed to unlock the Reaper class can be found in Ul’dah, at the Steps of Nald. The Flustered Attendant is located at the coordinates (12.8,8.6) near the Quicksands. Their location can be seen on the map below.
Interact with the NPC to receive the quest, The Killer Instinct. Complete that quest, and you’ll have FFXIV’s newest melee class unlocked and ready to play.
