Final Fantasy Xiv Introduces The Rising Special Event Final Fantasy Xiv

According to the Lodestone web page detailing the event,

The map above shows the exact location of where the Crystal Caravan’s leader will be located throughout the event. From the Caravan Leader, you can obtain the event’s unique seasonal quests. 

Aside from the new quests that only occur during the event, a few new items will also be available as well: 

Rising Pillar (outdoor furnishing) Rising Banner (wall mounting, decoration) Meteor Shower (Seasonal Miscellany) Heavensward Orchestrian Roll (this item is classified as ‘unique’ and untradeable) 

Two minions will also be available for purchase as well; Wind-Up Krile and Dress-Up Y’shtola.
