- Now confirm that your devices are paired and connected via Bluetooth.

1st Step: Clear all devices from your Phone’s memory,

- Go to your Phone’s Setting and then tap on Connected devices -> Previously connected devices. For the users who don’t see the option Previously connected devices, instead tap on Bluetooth.
- If you have previously paired phone and car, next to your Car’s name, tap on Settings -> Forget -> Forget Device.
- If you see devices that are not currently in use, besides each device, tap Settings, then Forget->Forget Device.
2nd Step: Now clear all the phones from your Car’s memory,
Consider following your Car’s manual. Make sure you clear all the phones from your Car’s memory that you are not using.

3rd Step: Now refresh the device list and then pair,
- For pairing from your Phone:
- Make sure your Car is discoverable and ready to pair.
- Now navigate to your Phone’s setting and here tap on Connected devices -> Pair new device, tap on your Car’s name. In between, if you see the Bluetooth option, tap on it as well.
For pairing from your Car:
- Navigate to your Phone’s setting, and here tap on Connected devices -> Bluetooth (If only you find it).

Before starting with the steps, make sure other devices paired with your Phone are not receiving your calls.
- Now for turning On your Phone’s audio,
- Navigate to your Phone’s setting, and here tap on Connected devices -> Bluetooth (If only you find) -> Previously connected devices.
- Further, besides your car or accessories name, tap on Settings and then Turn on Phone Audio.
