1. Update Your Game
As we’ve already mentioned, try installing the latest patch updates to your Apex Legends game. This should fix plenty of errors or bugs in the game which may cause such issues as not connecting to the game server, receiving bad player data, etc. Once installed the update, make sure to close the game completely, and try running it again.
2. Check Server Status

3. Troubleshoot your Network
Make sure to troubleshoot your network whether you’re using a wired or wireless connection. Try restarting the gaming device as well as your Wi-Fi router to check if that fixes the problem or not. If possible, switch your Wi-Fi connection to the wired connection and check for the issue again.
However, the problem is still troubling you, try using a mobile data hotspot as a Wi-Fi and check for the error again.
4. Power Cycle PC/Console
If none of these methods worked for you, try performing a power cycle to your gaming device which will clear out all the temporary glitches or cache from your PC/Console.

- Wait for around 5 minutes > Plug back the cable in.

5. Uninstall and Reinstall Apex Legends
